Speed and consistency are the keys to winning races. Last year, Ryan Grotegut showed that he had the speed to run up front, and after training all winter at Racine Indoor Motocross, he is hoping to show he has the consistency to stay there. Ryan’s primary focus is motocross racing and this season he will not just be racing in Wisconsin, but also down in Illinois at tracks like Byron and Mendota. Ryan will be trying to qualify for Loretta Lynn’s in both the 250c mod and 450 classes. Just because Ryan focuses on his motocross riding, doesn't mean he can’t throw down at a hare scramble also. After an outstanding performance in C class last year, Ryan will be moving up to A class in the WIXC series to join his fellow deVision teammates.

If you could spend a day with a pro rider who would it be? Chad Johnson hands down because then I’d most likely be at one of his camps learning how to further smoke the competition! :)
What is your favorite memory from racing? It’d have to be when I got my first win in Sportsman B/C at Gravity Park because it was a super muddy race, I was the only one actually able to hit all the jumps, and ended up winning by about 15 seconds.
